SECTION 1.0 GENERAL SERVICE TERMS

1.1 INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and WebinarMD (a DBA of Carroll Media LLC). By accessing our websites or registering for any training, webinar, or coaching program, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth in Sections 1.0 through 4.0 of this document. These terms apply to all visitors, viewers, and clients globally.

1.2 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

WebinarMD provides educational resources, coaching, and consulting services designed to help online creators and coaches improve their webinar engagement and conversions.

1.3 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trainings, videos, frameworks, and proprietary techniques are the sole property of WebinarMD. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use this content for your own business growth. You may not record, redistribute, or sell our proprietary content.

SECTION 2.0 PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMERS

2.1 NO LEGAL, MEDICAL, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

WebinarMD and its founder, Collin Carroll, provide information for educational and informational purposes only. No professional-client relationship (such as an attorney-client or doctor-patient relationship) is created by your use of our services.

WebinarMD does not guarantee any specific financial results, income, or "overnight success." Any success stories or testimonials provided are illustrative examples and are not a promise of typical results. Your success depends on your own effort, implementation, market conditions, and audience.

SECTION 3.0 PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND REFUNDS

3.1 IMMEDIATE FULFILLMENT

For our coaching and consulting services, fulfillment begins immediately upon the commencement of the onboarding process, the scheduling of the initial diagnostic session, or the delivery of initial strategy materials.

3.2 NO-REFUND POLICY

Due to the high-touch nature of professional consulting and the immediate allocation of our expert resources to your account, all sales are final. WebinarMD does not offer refunds once the service engagement or onboarding has begun.

3.3 CHARGEBACK WAIVER

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that the services are rendered at the start of the engagement. You agree to resolve any issues directly with WebinarMD before initiating a bank dispute. You acknowledge that initiating a chargeback for services rendered is a breach of this contract and this agreement will be used as evidence to defend the transaction and confirm your agreement to these terms.

SECTION 4.0 GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

4.1 VENUE

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Carver County, Minnesota.

4.2 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebinarMD shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our strategies or third-party tools.

4.3 SALES TAX

Should Minnesota sales tax on professional services apply to your transaction, the total purchase price includes such taxes, and WebinarMD will remit them to the appropriate authorities on your behalf.
